Know U: A career counselling session will identify the innate abilities of the student and accordingly they will be recommended specific roles in the project phase.
Better U: The entire program is designed to impart key concepts of financial literacy and its applications in the real world end-to-end. But we don't just do this in the classical classroom format. Students will learn the concepts and then convert their knowledge into something practical. The medium of expression will be through storytelling but what they express in it will be their own interpretation and own medium ( may be video, may be sketch, may be something else).
A project based approach will encourage the students to think and work in a structured manner, to work in a team, to not only learn theoretical concepts but also learn its translation in the real world. Our facilitator sessions will guide the teams to run the projects using light touch design thinking and entrepreneurial mindset concepts. And the mentors will be present alongside to keep them aligned to their goals. A complete professional journey in a nutshell.

FAQ

MaxxUP has designed 3 key offerings keeping Youth at the center. Any individual or an organisation (school, college, university, institutes, NGOs or corporates) can avail our services.

LEARNOMICS, is an experiential program offered by Maxxup. Learnomics by MaxxUP offers learning avenues outside the classroom via webinars, workshops and bootcamps

If some of the participants are co-located, they may opt to connect offline for any of the project coordination, if they want to. All facilitator and mentor sessions will be conducted in virtual manner.

If you have a group ( 3 to 5 students) , you can avail group discount.
If you have joined as an individual, you will be paired with other participants.

8 to 10 hr sessions will be scheduled by Facilitator/Mentor in 1 week.
In between these sessions, group members will connect as per the project need.

During the 1 week project, career counselling will be conducted by a career counsellor. (virtual one to one session)
The candidate will receive a career report and a learning development plan.

There will be a virtual event (DEMO DAY) where all groups will present the project. External Jury and audience will be invited to the event.
Certificate of appreciation with project experience will be provided
Few selected students will get opportunity for Internship
